The relationship between the user and SPT shall be governed by Spanish law and any dispute shall be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Alicante (Spain) and their superiors without prejudice to any imperative jurisdictions that may apply with regards to consumers' rights mainly but not limited to.
